Epuisé

This is our first time working with Luis Cuellar, and this fabulous Pink Bourbon. This coffee is clean and bright with a juicy pink lemonade acidity, florals, cherry sweetness and a cotton candy finish. This is a limited extra-light variant of Luis' Pink Bourbon, and only recommended to experienced brewers willing to wait up to 40 days after roast for best results. This extra-light profile is bright but sacrifices initial sweetness and intensity for clarity.

We get an intense sweetness of blood orange and bright acidity like limeade. We get a classic "pink bourbon" profile of florals and sugar sweetness. This coffee has a light body and a long dancing acidity.

producer iconAbout The Producer

Finca La Pradera is located in Santa Maria, Huila, Colombia, and is managed by Luis Enrique Cuellar and his brother Robinson. The farm consists of 6 hectares of land, with 3.5 hectares dedicated to growing coffee, sits at an elevation of 2,050 m.a.s.l, and has around 13,000 coffee trees in production, with varieties ranging from Caturra and Pacamara to the more exotic Pink Bourbon, Caturra Chiroso and Geisha varieties. Luis Enrique is an agronomist by trade and manages the plots and commercializing of the coffee, while Robinson manages the processing and drying, complementing each other with their individual strengths. They aim to plant really exclusive varieties like Laurina, Sidra, and Bourbon Aji, to elevate the farm’s portfolio and increase their quality.
