This is an extra-light roast variant of our regular subscription service.
Each month this subscription will get two Extra-Light roast variants of our regular subscription menu, carefully profiled and curated for our Extra-Light subscribers. This gives Extra-Light subs all the perks of being a regular subscriber (listed below), while also experiencing a unique approach to each coffee that is much lighter than our regular (and already very light) subscription offerings.
Extra-light roasts are recommended to experienced brewers only, willing to wait 30-45 days after roast before enjoying each coffee for optimal rest with best results. Extra-Light roasts often sacrifice our regular roast intensity and sweetness in exchange for higher clarity. If this does not sound like your preference, please refer to our regular subscription service.
The Extra-Light subscription is limited. If it's sold out, please check back. Spots will be offered if space opens up or customers cancel their subscription.

March Subscription Coffees
Alirio Munoz Ortega - Colombia Washed Pink Bourbon
This coffee is a brilliant, bright and juicy Pink Bourbon. It's no secret, we love a good PB, and this coffee from Alirio is a perfect example of why we love Colombia. In the cup we get cotton candy, lemonade, cherry, and juicy nectarine.
Juan Peña - Ecuador Washed Typica Mejorado & Sidra
We are also excited to feature one of our favourite producers, Juan Peña of Ecuador. For our subscribers we have two varieties from Juan - both his Typica and Sidra, and we will be using both for this months subscription - randomizing these two coffees between subscribers as the second offering, since these two are limited lots and we do not have enough green coffee to fulfil all subscribers with the same variety. Both coffees are incredibly sweet, with a deep sugar sweetness, delicate florals and juicy citric acidity.
