We are a micro roastery in Canada's capital, Ottawa. We believe coffee is more than a caffeine fix. it's about highlighting a story from farmers, producers, processing methods, terroir, and coffee variety that work in harmony for a unique experience.
Our approach
Our core mission at september is to share coffee we love. We aim to do this by sourcing our coffee in this lens while in direct relationship with producers or with transparent and relational importing partners.
We roast light and bright, aiming to highlight a profile and approach that we feel best represents the coffees and our preferred style of roasting.
