Each month this subscription will get two Extra-Light roast variants of our regular subscription menu, carefully profiled and curated for our Extra-Light subscribers. This gives Extra-Light subs all the perks of being a regular subscriber (listed below), while also experiencing a unique approach to each coffee that is much lighter than our regular (and already light) subscription offerings. 

Extra-light roasts are recommended to experienced brewers only, willing to wait 35-50 days after roast before enjoying each coffee for optimal rest with best results. Extra-Light roasts often sacrifice our light roast intensity of acidity and sweetness in exchange for higher clarity.
