This Guatemalan Pache San Ramon is a nutty, herbal and sweet - fitting within our storm series and a great option for a comfortable brew or a beautiful bright espresso. In the cup we get vanilla, ferrero rocher and a sweet gold kiwi acidity. We think this coffee is a great espresso.
Rene lives in El Durazno, one of the further removed villages from Mataquescuintla central but possessing some of the highest altitudes of all the group members. Perched at 1900MASL, he farms a small plot of 3 hectares alongside his brothers-in- law, Gregorio and Irineio Ramirez.
